Doesn't appear that Microsoft has deemed it stable for businesses or critical systems however, (it's only in the Targeted-Branch, not the base Semi-Annual channel):

Also worth noting many systems that have certain Intel drivers, Trend Micro, or other known hard-blocks won't be able to update to it yet.

In my IT-user opinion, it's not worth bothering on my computers until Microsuck says it's been heavily vetted and ready for businesses.  Otherwise we're still just free beta-testers for their bugs.

I'm on 1809 (OS Build 17763.134) and have had NO issues with it.

That's great that you're not having issues.  My post didn't imply YOU were.

I like having a larger sample size than 1 for a set of features that Microsoft thinks is important, that I don't need that badly.  I'd rather just be 100% sure the update isn't garbage given Microsoft's recent track record.  That way I don't take any risks for something that isn't a reward.

Depending on your definition of "stable" the update has not reached 100% stability, because if it was, every Windows 10 computer would be certified for it, but that hasn't happened yet.  Yes I am more nit-picky than Microsoft thinks is typical for a home user (non business) but I've seen too much Windows 10 to trust them anymore.
