Brand new pc, ark survival evolved crashing&freei?

When joining server, the game crashes. It just closes the game to desktop. And this happens 70% times i try to join a server. When I get in the game, I can play about 5minutes and it freezes and I need to restart pc

Have you play that game in single player mode and see if it crashes?
Have you try playing any other games? Will it crash?
What about other application?
There are so many possibilities, troubleshoot by elimination.
