XFR and PBO?

What's the difference between XFR and PBO?

And are both of them activated by default?

On a stock CPU XFR should run as long as your Windows power plan settings are correct.  Also depends on how your motherboard runs the CPU, but I would assume most wouldn't run in a manner that puts the CPU into overclock mode.

And I believe PBO is what pushes XFR further, but I honestly see so many use them interchangeably that I have begun doing the same.
