Replacement Ribbon Latch (Switch)

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement latches for this switch connector? It’s for the joycon rails and the connection isn’t great without the latch.

Are you talking about the large metal shield plate that covers the entire motherboard? If so, you can buy it from ifixit here:

No I’m talking about the ribbon connector I circled in black. It should have a grey latch on it that holds the ribbon in place.
