NEED HELP with Second Keyboard

Hi I'm a streamer.

 

It's good to to have hotkeys to change scenes etc.

I've just bought a second keyboard and want to use it as extra keys to hot key.

 

Windows only detects 2 keyboards as 1, which I know. But is it possible to make the entire second keyboard basically 'spare' keys for me to use as hotkeys for streaming? 

 

FYI I've downloaded luamacros and stuff but its soooo confusing to me 

 

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. 

I'm using OBS StreamLabs to stream on, I run windows 10 and this is a desktop.
