Overcooking failure??

I was overcooking my Ryzen 5 2600 in new pc. Was testing along the way. In Ryzen master I oced cores 1 and 4 as they were labeled as best over clockers. 3900mhz at 1.14375 fine. Then I tried 4025 MHz and hit apply. Went fine until I tested it in MSI CPU burner. Now the system is frozen and not responding to the off button. Help help help!!!!! Please don't tell me I bricked it.... It's a day old, I'm 13 and this is my first build. Pleeeeeaase help.
