Suggest a Home Theatre PC for £500 or less

Hi guys,

 

Can you please suggest me HTPC builds for £500. This is to be hooked up to a 4K TV. I am not doing any gaming, just streaming / watching 4k videos / netflix etc

 

I already have an SSD and HDD so please do not include in the build.

 

Please let me know if you need any more information.

Well, almost anything can do that. I can watch 8k with my gaming pc, so you can do it with a 2200g with ease

could you suggest a build? Do i need a dedicated gpu? Let's say I want to play 4k mkv files would a 2200g on its own be enough?

Well, a 2200g would be closest to a rx 550 here. So yeah. Get something like a b450 pro4, a nice case. A tier c+ psu, minimal 8 gigs of memory, you don't really need a gpu exept if you need hdr
