The "AE Error" most likely means it's having a problem booting (Though you should check your manual). Make sure you have a HDD/SSD connected with an OS on it.

If you can access the BIOS, try changing the boot device to a storage device that has the OS or to the form of installation (USB, CD, etc).

Is your OS by chance on a m.2?
