so iv never built a pc before and i dont really have a job or alot of money but i really need a pc upgrade 

i have kinda looked around but i have no clue what to do, i was kinda thinking xeon cause there cheap with high core count and a moderate clock speed but idk if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

Buy a cheap win10 key from ebay or something. This pc is by no means powerful, but it has all the goodies a pc wants. If you want a better PC, I'd say raise your budget to 500-600 dollars.
