NZXT Hue 2 detected on CAM but doesnt light up

So yea when I go to cam it detects it and lets me control color and eveything but it isnt working, it doesnt light up... The thing is, if I didnt connect power it wouldnt be showing up in cam, any idea what I did wrong?

You might have connected the RGB strip to the connector upside down. (Happened to me)

Check the cable and, make sure that the arrow is on the side where the LEDs are.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.
