It's decent. It won't be quick at all, but it might work.

If it's an older MacBook Pro then avoid. I own a 2007 MacBook Pro and it overheats easily even with YouTube.

I just wouldn't buy an older Mac if I were you.

It's not a macbook pro its a Early 2009 IMac

getting something with a i7 :D

Wait, so you're getting this iMac and a system with an i7? No matter what i7 it is, it'll swamp this thing, which is an awful, outdated system. The graphics card is ancient, the CPU is a dual core, the thing probably doesn't have a solid state drive unless the previous owner upgraded it. Overall, if you're gonna edit music, this may not feel great, Minecraft will be choppy and laggy at even low details, and YouTube videos will be the only good experience on an iMac this old. Take it from me, someone who owned a model that's almost exactly like this one (and played Minecraft on it)

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

If you consider that machine to be a good experience, or to run well, you will be more than pleased to get your new pc.

I had a gt 1030 machine before this but it almost caught on fire and had an electric issue then surged the whole system

GPU was pulled out before that happened though the ssd might even be bad now even the 8 gb of ram i had and the 2 other hard drives
