This is correct.

 

@technoob04 For example, if you plan create a parts list now but wait until 4-6 months from now to buy those parts you will potentially miss out on better hardware that will release. Ryzen 7nm releases in March and may be faster than anything Intel has to offer at a similar or better price. GPU market should be pretty much the same though.
