Hey Linus I been been a video news editor for 15 yrs, I now decide to want to build my own editing system Editing 4k video in adobe premiere cc but dont know where to start, looking at all the YouTube videos on building one  Very confusing a nerve wrecking please help I'm so lost...

You need a budget before you can start looking at anything.
