EIST/C-State/C1E/DPC Latency

Hi,

recently I downloaded that junkware for my MSI MB named DPC Latency Tuner, because I am expiriencing some latency spikes on my system (up to 3000us).

I found two settings here what I dont know what they do: EIST, Intel C-State and C1E Support.

What are they for? Will enabling/disabling help to wipe those spikes what hapenning once per time? Or I am supposted to search for problems in Audio and/or Video card.

 

I also enabled recently X.M.P., even I dont much know what it does even after watching old TechQuickie :D
