Reusing Ram

I have been looking to upgrade my gaming pc to a new case. The case I want requires a new motherboard. My old motherboard and the motherboard I have looked at both have the same DDR4 2133 memory requirements. Wondering if I am able to use my old ram into my new motherboard.
