Removing or lowering echo

I have to edit a basketball video for my school, but it has a really bad echo in it, I'm using Premiere CC 2018

I've tried going through the interwebs, but everything I found didn't work, and my teacher doesn't know Premiere

 

Any ideas?

I got it down to sounding like it's just in a big empty room

Try tuning with parametric EQ like Science Studio did. I didn't really understand that but it kinda works.
I didn't find it tho, but I remember he made the video in response to HW Canucks question how to lower echo.
