Hi I have just finished building my PC. The fans are spinning, the GPU fan is spinning, and the keyboard and mouse have light up. The PC won't post and the monitor doesn't show anything or get a signal and the motherboard says "BOOT". I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions with this. So far we have tried switching inputs for the monitor and moving around the sticks of RAM. I was wondering if I could get some help on this.

Thank you so much in advance!

We tried both, plugging the HDMI cable into the motherboard and GPU to a monitor that works.

well, it may be also that since you are using a b350 board, it does not have the right drives installed, unless you have already updated them some other way

The error code in the manual means: "BOOT - indicates the booting device is not detected or fail." It could be that and we are looking into getting an AMD Boot Kit but I'm not totally sure if that will fix the problem.

Boot LED means it isn't communicating with drives installed. Take all drives out (the SSD and HDD) and see if it will boot into BIOS. If not, take the GPU out and try it on integrated graphics (take the GPU out, don't just switch video outputs).

Okay I am trying to take out the SSD and HDD and seeing if that fixes it. Ryzen 2600 doesn't have integrated graphics right?

Did you confirm that that b350 is actually 2nd gen ryzen ready? Cuz if it's not you're supposed to update its BIOS.

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

Ah yes, my bad. It does not have an iGPU. AMD requires that you talk to your motherboard manufacturer first before asking for a boot kit (you can get around that easily but still).

On the website it says:

Supports AMD® Ryzen 1st and 2nd Generation/ Ryzen™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics/ Athlon™ with Radeon™ Vega Graphics and A-series / Athlon™ X4 Processors for Socket AM4.

We have requested an AMD Bootkit though.
