144hz monitor reporting 143 hz

Hi everyone,

 

Is there any reason why my monitor is doing this? I've checked it before (windows settings) and it posted as 144hz. Is there any way to fix it?

its just a bug, ignore it  not like youll notice the difference between 143 and 144 hz
