Can a Surface Book 2 or regular Surface Book comfortably run fortnite? I'm looking into buying one.

So I'm choosing a between several pre-owned computers (All Surface books) and I'm wondering if it's a good deal and if it can run programs like fortnite. Fortnite isn't that intensive so it should run on most hardware. I do not know what/or if that Surface device has a GPU so it's hard to tell at what settings/resolution you will be able to play it.

I would not get that surface model to be honest. $800 for dual core/no dGPU is not worth it and no you couldnt run fortnite on it. 

 

The second tier SB2 for $1500 is really the only one that could run it on low settings.
