Microsoft Surface Pro (SALE) vs Eve V

I wanted to buy a 2 in 1 and the Eve V seemed to be the best value. But now there is a sale for the Surface Pro (Link). So I wanted to know if the Surface is better for this price, considering that I will need a hub for the surface.

Thanks in advance!

PS. The Surface has a better CPU (i5-7300)

EDIT:

Just saw the Surface Connect...

The CPU is outdated. Moreover Surface has bad serviceability and questionable reliability

Is a convertible OK to you? What's your usage? Location? Budget? Prefer how many hours of battery life?

Thanks!

Budget should be around 1000 to 1200 € and I live in Europe. And Battery life should be decent.

I would use it for simple Office stuff, watching videos and also slight programming. Battery life should be at least 2-3 hours.
