ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q "Okay" amount of backlight bleed?

Hiya, I was just wondering what is a "suitable" amount of back-light bleed for this particular monitor or if I should return it and try again. I purchased it from Amazon late June and can return it within 30 days of the purchase if needed.

If you need more or better pictures just let me know, this one looks a bit greasy.

It does not look as bad as the picture makes it, but still noticeable when the screen goes black, loading something, dark scene etc., mostly in the upper-right corner.

Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q

The current levels for the monitor are:

Brightness: 45

Contrast: 30

I wonder why so many people report issues with this monitor.  I've got one with no issues as far as I can tell.  If I remember I'll try to pull the settings and post them later.

I DID have to crank the brightness way down though as the out-of-the-box setting gave me a sunburn.
