Display flickers and resest to 60HZ from 144HZ after Sleep mode

Ebkleks

Hi

Like the title explains most of the problem im experiencing, its basicly if i go into Sleep mode and turn my pc back on, my display starts to flicker and resest itself from 144HZ to 60HZ.

I dont have the option to select 144HZ again in the windows settings.

Specs: Display AOC G2770PF

            GPU GTX 1060 DUAL ASUS

            CPU Ryzen 1800X
