Do you think you could extend your budget a little bit to get the BenQ GW2765HT? It's higher input lag might affect you in competitive fps but if that doesn't bother you, you get a great looking IPS panel. TFT Review

Hello,
all i needed for my last monitor i bought was 1080p. So my knowledge about current stuff is rather limited but i tryed to read up on it.
My current Hardware is a 970GTX with an i7 4790k.
I doubt my pc could handle 1440p with 144hz.
So i probably would value 1440p over a better hz. Since it would also allow me a bit better experience with Photoshop and such.

I tryed the last 3 days really hard to find a decent 27" with 1440p.
But for most of the monitors i found, i also found a lot of harsh feedback about them. Backlight Bleed seems to one of the issues that plagues the under 300€ range quite a bit.

After a while of searching i cam across the Lenovo L27q-10 which is a 1440p 27" Monitor with ISP.
Are there any other Displays you can recommend?

My Mainusage would be Drawing and Gaming. I do work quite a bit with Photoshop and Illustrator.
Thanks in advance :3

Since you do editing would you consider 4k?

If so, look at the LG 27ud58-b

That was actually one of the first Monitors i checked out. But i also found the most Backlight Bleeding problem threads about that one.

I think at some point i'd actually consider grabbing a 4k. But i really would rather save up more to be able to afford a real decent one once i make this purchase.

Currently i only try to replace a monitor that broke down a couple of days ago. Which was a 27" 1080p. So i really just try to replace that one with a slight upgrade.

Edit:

The main reason i was looking at the Lenovo was that there are pretty much no issues with backlight bleeding. I read quite a few good things about it. But since my expertise on that matter is lacking quite a bit i fgiured i'd rather ask if i could spent my money more wisely before actually ordering it.
