Choosing a monitor

Duda777

Which out of these two monitors would be the better option ?

will the difference in response time be noticeable ?

Asus VN247H 24" Full HD LED Monitor

Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" LED IPS Monitor

Response times aren't really noticeable and pretty much don't matter.

The Ultrasharp is better because it's an IPS panel.

There are cheaper alternatives..

What will you use it for? The Asus has an extra HDMI port but the Dell screen can be rotated. Personally I would go for the Asus because they are pretty damn similar but the Asus looks nicer aesthetically.
