Coinbase won't let me link paypal

I tried to add paypal on coinbase using chrome but when I click on the paypal option under link account nothing happens, no loading, nothing popping up so im not sure what to do. Google said to try another browser so I used edge as recommended in the post and the same thing happened. I also saw to use chrome incognito and that didnt work either. Any ideas? 

 

I dont really want to download firefox my internet is slow and it even takes 15 seconds to load web pages.
