Service host: State repository service

Lil Burb

After reinstalling windows my problem started. When I try to open a link either from a program or a Google search the service host state repository service uses a lot of CPU power and it takes several minutes for the link to open. If I instead copy and paste the link directly into the browser it opens instantly. I can't seem to solve this.
This is what i have tried:

"Open Apps & features
Scroll down to Microsoft Edge (even if you aren't using it, this still fixes it)
Click Microsoft Edge, then click Advanced options.
Click Repair, then Reset
----
In order to fix this problem, I had to disconnect my computer from the internet and restart, and upon restarting, create a new local account. After signing into the new account, I immediately signed back into my main account, and reconnected the internet. Doing this seemed to fix my problem.
---
A fix involving a Powershell script.
---
all "solutuions i found around the internet and here on reddit"
Nothing has worked so fare

Windows support somewhat helped, the problem is now only in the edge browser. So i can live with it.

Would delete thread if i knew how :D
