PC Build (+/- 2000$)

Hello

I want to build a new pc, because now I have an amd fx 8320 and gtx750 ti.

I have about 2000-2500$ but i would like to buy a 1440p monitor as well.

I would use this pc for gaming and photo editing.

Does anyone have a recommendation?

Thanks ;)

I like the first build a bit more, but wouldn't the gtx 1070ti be 'better' if you look at price and performance?
