Gigabyte Smart Manager - cant open

I cant open it, screen flickers couple times and thats it, I tried reinstaling smart manager but that did not solved my issue. Smart backup, update, fusion works fine. Tried to boot directly from folder same result. All udates is uptodate

Smart manager  7.0.1 Windows 1709
