Are the nzxt aer rgb 120mm good for radiators?

Should be Okay.  The static pressure rating is a bit lower than Corsair's SP fans, but I don't think you'll have a problem.

 

The NZXT's are 1.35mm/in while Corsairs SP120's are 1.45mm/in

They're not great but fine for low fpi rads. If you're using an AIO, it'll most likely have pretty high fpi and you'd be losing performance compared to other more static pressure oriented fans.
