Chassis interude ! Please check your systems fatal error

Hello,

yesterday i did som thing to change boot time in the bios i think i accedently touche somthing wrong and got this error: Chassis interude ! Please check your systems fatal error.

 

what does this Megan and how can i fix it ( i have a z270f from asus)

Chassis Intrude by it's name means you probably enabled the intrusion option in the BIOS. A surprising number of consumer motherboards have a 2, or 3 pin connector on the motherboard that would connect to a momentary switch mounted on the case side panel/lid. This is meant to give warning if the computer case was opened while the system was on. You can either turn it off in the BIOS if you can find it again or lookup the pins on the motherboard and short them with some sort of jumper. (option A is smarter)
