Look on the bottom left thats what mine looks like. It may be diffrent since you got a diffrent mobo

Hi i have a pair of hyper x cloud revolver headphones, problem is i can hear myself through my headset, i have listen to device off and when i go into playback> levels the mic option isn't there  it just started today

im using discord if that has anything to do with it but it just started today didn't do it yesterday

Look in your audio driver settings.

so apparently its a button on my mix amp i had to hold it switch over magically but thanks for the help....
