If you are able to boot and do things on that pc, then there's nothing to worry. just think it was a wallpaper after all. a picture, that's it.

Yes i am still able boot search web and play games. Just don't want that there. I know that link is old but do i follow those steps to remove it for windows 10 or is it different now

It's a BIOS setting, you need to change it in the BIOS, not in Windows. It's a pretty standard feature that a lot of motherboards support (since Window 8 I think?).

It should be the same process depending on your BIOS version.
