So I just finished the beginning trials which was pretty easy for the most part. But now onto the actual trial right? I know a recipe on how to make a 30 minute max level defense boost, and I should use my runes to save on weapons, but is there anything else I should know before I go into the middle and final trials? Hopefully it won't make me want to kill myself. (jkjk)

I used recipes to give max yellow hearts and yellow stamina as well..
Those will stack on top of your defense boost.

Higher frame rate over higher resolution.
