download the latest nvidia driver

then use DDU uninstaller to remove all the old nvidia drivers

restart

then install that new nvidia driver you downloaded earlier BUT

when you install the driver > select custom installation > clean installation > and uncheck geforce experience (you dont need this software)

see if that helps

 

if not > could it be a bad monitor?
