Computer turns on for 1 second and than turns off again

Go to solution Solved by Morgan MLGman,

Try booting with one stick of RAM, swap them around and check if the issue persists. Try seating them in different slots too.

Hello, my Pc starts, and turns off directly,i tried if its the PSU, but if i connect my other psu it still happens

Where'd you get the CPU from? It sounds like it could be a CPU or mobo problem.

Try booting with one stick of RAM, swap them around and check if the issue persists. Try seating them in different slots too.

It worked, but now it takes way longer than before (before 6sec | now 15 sec) or i get Reboot and Select proper Boot device or insert boot media in selected Boot device and press a key

Might be faulty RAM slots, RAM sticks or one of the RAM sticks wasn't seated properly. It's up to you to determine what was wrong now :)

it can be the RAM the motherborad or the CPU. all of which can lead to the symptom you described. I have faced them all LOL. if you have overclock on ur CPU, reset bois first by removing the battery on motherboard.

That could be dust related. Had a simliar issue like that before on my motherboard. I had to use wd40 fast drying contact spray to clear out the all the slots for ram cpu and pcie x16 lane as i got the motherboard secondhand as it was so dirty. After i did all that the board started up like a champ. Make sure all connections are fitted and secured. And the slowness of the boot could be related to ram timing and speed. And make sure the hard drive is in sata mode not ide.
