Ryzen 1800x cpu cooler question

I have few questions. I have ryzen 1800x and Asus vi  mb and going to fit it In nzxt s340 elite

 

1) is there a bug difference with 280 and 240 corsair h100 v2 model in temps 

 

2) How to set up cpu cooler . I am suppose to push air out through radiator or pull in through radiator 

 

3) if it leaks will corsair warranty covers anything like cpu or mb

 

4) is there any air cooler that Can n match same performance with similar price of £100 UK price 

 

Any other recommended by a liquid cooler user for me to do or buy  a different model or something
