Typing On Keyboard Freezes Applications in Windows 10

This has been going on for a while. Curtain applications like OBS, Paint.net, and Google Chrome freeze after typing on them after a curtain amount of time. The freezing gets worse and worse untill I have to restart the programs and my pc. I have done many things, reinstalled the keyboard driver, checked for viruses, none, ran a scannow, nothing, and I have even replaced my old keyboard and nothing has worked. Would anyone be able to relate to this?

Oh yeah, also, my processor goes from 15 percent load and then sits at 40 untill I restart my pc
