Looking for an artist

Hey forum,

So I've named my PC "Red Medusa". I have been considering finding an artist to draw me a wallpaper that will match the name of my PC. I reached out and asked a renowned artist, but unfortunately I cannot afford his services. I was wondering if anyone knows either personally or professionally an artist so I can contact them.

My budget is around 100usd.
