Ryzen 5 1600 vs Ryzen 7 1700 vs i7-7700k Adobe Premiere Pro

I have a GTX 1070, and I am looking to upgrade my CPU from the i5-4670. I find myself doing content creation much more often recently. I was hoping that getting a 1070 will help a bit, but I am working with h.264 footage, which means that it cannot be GPU accelerated. Anyways, I am looking for a new CPU, namely Ryzen 5 1600, Ryzen 7 1700 and i7-7700k. In terms of gaming, those CPUs are pretty much the same for most games, and I do not mind losing a few frames since I am already above 60 most of the time. The question is, when overcloked, how well will Adobe Premiere Pro utilize the extra cores and threads offered by AMD compared to the 7700k (again overclocked)? How much faster will I be rendering with the AMD chips?
