Bass Booster Enhancement Missing

In all the tutorials i see, they either say to check the bass booster box, or the equalizer box in the properties of my headphones, but non of those are there on my screen. The only boxes available in mine are Low frequency protection, Room correction, and Loudness equalization. Checking any of them result in no bass options, unlike the tutorials ;(  Any suggestions?

What tutorials? You're not giving a lot of information to work with.

Whatever your soundcard whether built in, PCIe, or external is has to support the features. When you check them, you also have to hit apply or ok.

So.. does this mean i have to find some other solution (Another method or a change of hardware) ? If so, do you know any?

Well its not really a need I guess, but something I really would like to have the option of trying out =/ Is there any third party software that you know of that I could try out?

Not really. I prefer a transparent sound signature without added effects since they just distort the quality.
