https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Z270-SLI-Motherboard-PLUS/dp/B01MR32I8L/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1490347430&sr=1-1&keywords=msi+z270

Neither of those boards have WIFI. If you need a wifi capable board, you will need to either buy an expansion PCI card or build a Mini ITX form factor.

Both of those boards are great. I love the black/white look of the MSI SLI board, and I am partial a bit to MSI as I have built with their motherboard exclusively for 10+ years now.

I think the Asus board has slightly better rear I/O.

You honestly cant go wrong with either board, but the MSI board is 100$ cheaper.

This should be what your BIOS looks like. Where it says Adjust CPU Ratio, that should be what you need to adjust. Just mouse over it and hit the + key on your keypad or just type in the value you want to enter.
