I got this Cooler Master S200 for 70 chinese renminbi, how much better is it than an Intel LGA 1150 stock cooler, and why isn't it on PcPartpicker?

Can't find anything in English on it, it appears to only be sold in non-English focused markets like Thailand, Romania, and Russia.

OK, could you translate it and just tell me a few specs? I can tell it has 2 heatpipes, it says on the box that it uses 100mm fans, runs at 1800 give or take 10% RPM, and 19 minimum dBA.

I have mounted an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 3.0GHz OC stable at 30 degrees idle and load 55-60.

Other:
Do not pay attention comment below .... No way do not know what horrible whirring ... My friend checked catching motherboard ...

The reason its not on PCPP, is that PCPP only covers selection of stores. Which don't have all random OEM coolers on their selection.
