how do i unlock my key broad

i have it really old computer and i got a key broad for it but when i boot it up it says key board looked unlock key broad what do i do

First of it's keyboard not key broad  I have never personally seen a keyboard that need's 'unlocking' (probably before my time), but I found this forum thread that may help you out:
