My computer keeps crashing(gpu suspected)

My computer occasionally crashes and gives me some weird screen colors from time to time, Here is a select image I was able to capture. How can I fix this?

That is probably the GPU or the GPU driver. If you are running Windows, run it in Safe Mode and see if it crashes then.

Update/reinstall the drivers. Also check windows event viewer, maybe a GPU driver crash was recorded.

It hasn't done anything. I got the crash again only the color was blue(with stripes ofc).
