i'M having this issue scince months no solutins , nothing!
i have attached a video link, that is happening to me.....
i dn mind with 40 fps but it should be stable...
have a look on the graphs i attached, when the power goes down... the gpu usage goes down too... why?
is that lite power psu is the issue?
please dont tell me about bottleneck i have already done a lots of research on bottlenecking.
please give me a solution... what should i do...
in game video and graphs are attached... have a look

It's hard to give you a solution without mentioning your bottleneck.

your solution would be to upgrade your CPU to match the power of your GPU

The GPU is only working as hard as it needs to, and when it's not working as hard (ie, when GPU usage goes down), the percent of its power limit used goes down too.

Notice that the GPU is not being worked to the limit, while your CPU is.  Since you have done lots of research on bottlenecking, you will know that this is a sign your CPU is holding back that GPU.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

It's such an obvious CPU bottleneck, just look at that 97-99% CPU usage lock and your GPU usage dropping to 50-60%. Nothing wrong with the power supply, you just have a bad CPU

What CPU do you have right now?

Either put a hefty overclock on there, or wait for ryzen and get the Ryzen R3 1100.

even a G4560 would work as a budget CPU though
