Just wanna know personal thoughs on which monitor i should go with

First, what will be powering one of these beast monitors. And i would go with asus, but im just saying that cause I have an asus

Gtx 1080 and then later on maybe a month or two after another one would be added if needed

If all things equal, which it is in terms of spec, always go with Asus if choosing a monitor.

Why? 

They are the king right now that's what!

Jokes aside, Acer has a really lousy button control on their monitors right now. Not exactly user friendly if you got to press the button 10 times to change the color or game/movie mode.

I have the Asus ROG PG348Q, and it totally rocks.  Great color right out of the box (remember to reset the blue on X34) and I like the heavier base on the Asus which keeps the feet behind the plane of the screen. The Asus swivels on its base, as does the X34A but not X34. And the user interface is far superior.  Other than that consider it a toss up, as technically it is the same panel ;-)
