Budget gaming build need advice

See my list below. Looking to spend as little as possible. Must be able to run league 1920x1080 at 75 fps stable.
Just for home gaming. Location Europe. Running one monitor only. Don't need any other hardware. I don't need more storage.

I just made a list of what I think should be somewhat in the right direction. But I have no understanding about what mobo I would need. ;\ soyeh.
I picked this processor because I can get it really cheap here compared to other good budget ones on pcpartpicker.

Advice?  Would love to bring the price down even more lol

The CPU comes with a cooler. I would get a B250/H270 board because you are getting Kabylake and the 100 series boards might not work with it without a BIOS update, which usually requires a CPU to do. I'd get a better PSU: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/4Vzv6h/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii430b

I would spend extra 25~30$ and get a RX470, its a big performance jump...
