'/" key requires a second button press to show and it combines with second key press.

Hey everyone, I recently acquired a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth and its alright.

However I am experiencing this problem where if I press the ' button for ' to show up I have to press another key for it to show.

So when typing 'img I end up with ímg. Is this the result of sticky keys or something? I don't think I have it enabled. 

I am currently using this keyboard on windows 7 pro, I believe that I am using the latest drivers for Razer Synapse.
