It was my first time overclocking and I don't know what temperatures are safe. please help me, thank you so much

A bit on the high side for just 4.3GHz.

Especially for an AM3+ CPU

Don't trust HWMonitor's voltage readings, on mine the +12V reads 8-9V all the time.
