For a cheap air cooler, Hyper 212 EVO

For AIO water, Corsair H100i V2

What is your cpu? Is it overclockable? If not any random cooler should do fine.

I mean do you want to have your CPU cooled by air (cheap but innefective)

Or water (very effective, looks great, but not cheap)

There are benefits to either case.

Its your choice, those are just my recommendation

I would say go with a cryorig h5 or h7 really great performance for a cheaper price than the other.

There's no reason why a heatsink wouldn't work. The only thing that might go bad is the fan which can be easily replaced by warranty or a similar fan.

I fail to see how air cooling is ineffective.

The h100i might not fit due to the motherboard heatsinks but the 212 Evo fits just fine.
